  1. Use a tape measure to measure yourself and hold the tape securely around the 3 key points.
  2. To achieve an accurate measurement, we recommend taking these measurements while wearing minimal clothing.

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of the bust. Make sure the tape measure is relaxed and not tight. Wear a non-padded bra while measuring. Find your bust measurement above and combine it with your cup size to find your size.


Place a tape measure around your ribcage and let it rest just below your bust to get the most accurate measurement.


Bend at the waist to one side. The point where your body wrinkles is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap the tape measure around your lower waist.


Stand with your legs together and measure the widest part of your hips; Typically this includes the fullest part of your butt, it is 8 inches below your waist.
