We focus a lot on making sure your items are delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address selected, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-5 business days
• Shipping time: 7-15 business days

Order confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as shipping and payment details.


Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in-stock items that will ship the next business day. Other items may take 1-5 business days to process. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have a longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances you will be notified by email of the delay.


You can enjoy free shipping for orders over $59. When available, you can opt for express shipping for an additional charge. Please note that if you select Express Shipping for your order, a postal address and contact number are required as delivery cannot be made to P.EITHER Cash addresses.

shipping confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know that your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment, as well as a tracking number, are included in the email.
To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipping status and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages and shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

Delivery Day

On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know that your delivery is on its way to you.

Missed delivery

If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule a delivery.
