Cancel Order:

You can cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped and the order cannot be canceled once the item is shipped. You can contact us for return or exchange after receiving the goods: info@fajaking.com

Return Processes:

  1. When returning any part of your order, please email our Customer Service at info@fajaking.com first, stating the items you wish to return and the reason.
  1. Our Customer Service team will respond with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days. After receiving our return instructions, please package the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

  3. We will bear the return or reissue shipping cost due to product quality or our error.
  4. Items with non-return marks cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.
  6. Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection and failure to contact us to modify information before shipment cannot be regarded as a product quality problem and are the customer's responsibility. We can provide free resizing service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost to return the original product. After receiving and checking the original product, we will send the item with a new size. If you are not sure about the size choice, you can send an email or private message to contact us for help.
  7. Please note that the customer is responsible for package loss or return due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the reason for the return is not due to product quality problems or our error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping costs.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address listed on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
