CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We are sorry that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@fajaking.com con your order information. We will evaluate the problem and, if we agree that the problem is on our end, we will send you a new product free of charge.

Please note that any items damaged after 30 days of delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or failure to contact us to modify information before package shipment cannot be regarded as a product quality problem and are the customer's responsibility.

We can provide free resizing service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost to return the original product. First check again the area where the carrier would have left it. Also ask your neighbors in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home.
